Vendor Exhibition is from 3:00-4:00 pm following the Expo

Vending and Exhibitor Sign-Up

The following information is what will need to be completed and returned for each vendor/exhibitor that will be participating in the event.  

  • Step 1 – Please select the image you’d like for your booth design.  There are 10 options below for you to choose from.  You will indicate your selection in the form.  


  • Step 2 – Please download the PDF below named “Premier Virtual Booth Information Form.” 


Once downloaded complete, save with your business name and submit via email to edc@wvstateu.edu so that the process of creating your booth can start.  After your booth is designed, we will schedule a brief Zoom meeting with you to review the booth and make any edits needed.
