Participants will learn practical strategies related to web accessibility and Americans with Disabilities Act considerations. Covered topics will include website content, visual design, navigation and user experience, mobile-friendly design, and tools for evaluating website performance.

The workshop will provide participants with practical resources and actionable steps they can use to strengthen their online presence and improve the customer experience.
